Marc-Anthony William

Marc-Anthony William is the Technical Director and Founder of Top Notch.

As a versatile coach originally from Arima, Trinidad and Tobago, he attended and represented high school national Big 7 champions Queen’s Royal College in 1997 until 2000. He earned several scholarship offers and attended the University of Denver in 2002. He graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Management from Huntington University in 2008. As a coach, he is certified through the (NSCAA)-National Soccer Coaches Association of America, the Johan Cryuff Institute, the KNVB-Dutch Football Association and United Soccer Coaches (USC).

Marc-Anthony possesses the patience to nurture players as young as two years old as well as the intensity and leadership needed to coach at the collegiate and professional levels. He has trained coaches nationally and internationally with The US Soccer Foundation and Coaches Across Continents. He was the Coaches Coordinator and Director of Soccer Program at FC Harlem. He is a former developmental coach with Barcelona NY (NY Fusion) and the US Youth Soccer Olympic Development Program (ODP). Former youth developmental coach for the New York Red Bulls and head coach at Atmosphere Academy Charter School. A Director of the North East Region for 3v3 Live Tournaments in the USA.
He has experience directing college and professional showcases, working with the Jonathan Hibbert Foundation Showcase (Jamaica) and the USG North American Showcase with scouts from A.C Milan, Benfica, Parma, and Juventus. Marc-Anthony is also an Executive Board Member and Director of Sport for Colleges Invitational Sports Company, which is responsible for the major Professional and College Showcase in Trinidad and Tobago and the Caribbean Regions and have assisted with many players successfully transitioning to both College and Professional careers for both Men and Women alike.

Kerron Lazarus

Coach Kerron Lazarus is the owner of Lazazzi Sports and will be collaborating with Top Notch.

Coach Kerron has 10 + years of experience and exposure to many top class coaching systems from around the world. He specializes in player development and enforces an efficient formula for fast and noticeable results in players development and performance.

Kevin Nelson

Kevin Nelson is the founder of Kevin Soccer Academy and a part of the coaching team at Top Norch. 

Well known in the Soccer community in Ottawa, Kevin is a former professional player who has well over 300 games both at the National and International Level. Playing for Trinidad and Tobago National Team from U14 – U23 Olympic and senior in Caribbean and Concacaf youth world cup qualifying tournaments. Kevin also played in various countries around the world, Venezuela, Australia, Germany, Canada to name a few and was also the Canadian Professional Soccer League (CPSL) Top goalscorer and rookie of the year in 2001 – along with playing an instrumental part in Australian Giants South Melbourne FC winning the Championship title in 2005/06. His experience traveling around the world has seen him train and play with world-class players and coaches.
Kevin holds a National “B” License recognized by the OSA, CSA and is in the process of finishing his Canadian Soccer Association Children’s “A” License.
He worked as Technical Director with Parmar Sports for a period lasting 5 years. Having developed Elite level players at all ages, Kevin was then hired as Lead coach for one of Canada’s largest soccer clubs with over 5,000 members. This challenge saw Kevin as Director in Youth Player Development and Speed and Agility. Upon completion of his contract, Kevin was hired as Player Director for The Ottawa Royals Soccer Club.
His role is to develop players of all skill levels and provide board members with curriculum for programs throughout the year. Kevin specializes in Player Development and holds a strong background in Speed and Agility. Having coached thousands of kids, he decided the time had come to create the perfect breathing ground for both Elite athletes and newcomers to the beautiful game. Kevin’s on-field experience as a player and his after soccer coaching career is second to none.

 

Ricardo Maxwell Ordain

Ricardo Maxwell Ordain is a coach at Top Notch.

Originally from Costa Rica, Professor Ricardo Maxwell-Ordain has 13 years of experience playing high level professional soccer. He has achieved notable achievements including all-conference at St. Francis College, where he was selected captain during his senior year. Subsequently recruited by Long Island University, where his club was the North East Conference Soccer champion in 2004-2005.

Professor Maxwell-Ordain was nominated as the school’s male athlete of the year for his contributions to both their soccer and track & field squads. His professional career included playing in the USL for the Charlotte Eagles and playing a key role in the club earning the 2005 National Championship Title. Afterwards, he played for various clubs including the Long Island Rough Riders, Westchester Flames and Yonkers’ Portuguese FC.

Rondel King

Rondel King is involved with the fitness aspect of Top Notch. 

Rondel is a Sports Scientist who specializes in performance enhancement and performance diagnostics. He is certified as a strength and conditioning coach through the NSCA.

– Master of Science in Exercise Physiology and Sports Nutrition, Long Island University, Brooklyn, New York

 

Antonnecier James

Antonnecier James, better known as Kim James is the founder of KimzFitt and will be collaborating with TopNotch.

Ms. James is a Personal Trainer who specializes in Strength and Conditioning. Her foundation as a certified P. T. was developed at Focus Personal Training Institute in Manhattan NY, N.A.S.M. Certified and is also a lifeguard.She was chosen as an ambassador of Trinidad & Tobago as a representative for International Inspiration in 2011 whereas she helped, encouraged and motivate children with disabilities through sport and wellness.

– She represented El Dorado East Secondary in Track & Field at Penn Relays as the anchor in 2011.

– She also played soccer at the Intercol level where she accompanied her teammates to victory as the East Zone and National Champs.

– Ms. James was awarded an Athletic scholarship at Wiley College in Texas where she played both soccer and Track and Field graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information System and a minor in Business Management.
